As a self-proclaimed “roofing nerd”, Eric joined AROCON in July of 2009, bringing his passion for roofing and expertise in relationship building and customer service. As the Chief Sales Officer and co-owner of AROCON, Eric leads the sales team in creating delightful customer experiences.
Eric has been married to his high school sweetheart Tiffany for 25 years and has four children (Casey 24, Cameron 20, Tommy 16, and Kris 8. When Eric isn’t working, he can often be found spending quality time with his family or in the great outdoors. Eric is also an avid golfer.

Mr. Novotny attended the McDonough School for 12 years and was a member of the class of 1969. His undergraduate degree is from Towson University 1973 and graduate degree (MBA) is from Frostburg University 1986. He started his accounting business in 2001 and has been serving the Carroll and Baltimore counties and the surrounding areas for 10 years. He has a full range of business accounting and personal tax services. Frank prides himself on customer service and treating his client as he would want to be treated.

Janet has been in the jewelry industry since 1982 from manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing and designing to managing large chain store operations and independent mom and pop storefronts. Starfire Designs, Inc. was created and has been operated by Janet since 1992 serving Carroll County and the surrounding areas in Maryland. Her clienteles happiness with their jewelry is her pride and joy.

I’m a single mom of 5 and a grandma to a beautiful little boy. At 40, I had to start my life over and decided to become a house cleaner for a company part time. This led to me becoming a subcontractor and starting my cleaning business in March of 2017. Before this, I had a career in the fast-food industry. I worked in this field for 20 years and was in management for 17 of those years. I have taken what I learned from my management experience and put it to good use in my company. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for H & H Cleaning Services!!

H & H Cleaning Services offers cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. I offer weekly, biweekly, triweekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning services. We also do one time cleanings, such as before and after a party (or other type of event), move ins and move outs, and post construction work cleanings. We also provide specific cleanings. Not everyone wants their whole house cleaned, and I can help with that too. For example…If you just want your bathrooms and kitchen done or just cleaning up your floors, I can and will provide that service for you. While we clean your home we also plump up and straighten up pillows and fold blankets. Not only do we clean your home, but we can also make beds for a small additional charge. Just show us where the sheets, pillow cases, blankets, and comforters are!!!!
I clean in Carroll, Frederick, Howard, Montgomery, and Prince Georges counties. My home base is Sykesville and I will travel up to 30-35 miles away. Don’t be afraid to ask if I will travel outside of these areas. Sometimes I can fit your home or business into my schedule.
